PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a down pipe device which enables pipes to be neatly disposed behind a down pipe along the down pipe, and also enables the easy arrangement of the pipes. SOLUTION: The down pipe 3 is so installed on the outer wall 1 of a building through a supporter 2 that a pipe space S is formed between the outer wall 1 of the building and the down pipe 3. Cover plates 4 opening and closing the both side openings of the pipe space S are detachably fitted to the supporter 2. The supporter 2 comprises: a holding part 5 holding the down pipe 3; and a mounting leg part 6 projected from the holding part 5 backward and secured to the outer wall 1 of the building.
