PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and safely perform change of window size in reforming of a dwelling house of steel framework structure. SOLUTION: In this method, the window size is changed by removing existing outer wall panels 2 and 2 and an existing window 3 installed to an opening part framework 1, removing existing opening forming frame members 6 and 7 installed within an outer circumferential frame 5 of the opening part framework 1, connecting new opening forming frame members 30 and 31 differed in size from the existing opening forming frame members 6 and 7 to the outer circumferential frame 5 using a connecting tool 32, and installing new outer wall panels 70 and 70 and a new window 71 to the opening part framework 1.
