PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water storage tank with flow adjustment function capable of adjusting rainwater carried to rivers or sewage at the time of heavy rain and limiting the flow rate of rainwater by a simple structure to a water storage tank by providing an irrigation adjustment function. SOLUTION: This water storage tank comprises a water storage tank body 1 storing rainwater, a water storage pipe 2 guiding rainwater into the storage tank body, a drain pipe 3 draining the rainwater within the storage tank when the water level within the tank body is a regulated value or more, and flow adjustment parts 4 and 5 provided within the storage tank body to guide rainwater of a regulated flow rate or less of the rainwater from the water storage pipe and flooding and guiding the rainwater exceeding the regulated flow rate into the tank body. The flow adjustment parts comprise a funnel-like member 4 receiving rainwater from the water storage pipe and flooding and falling the rainwater exceeding the regulated flow rate into the tank body and a capillary tube 5 connected to a lower portion of the funnel-like member to guide the rainwater of the regulated flow rate or less to the drain pipe.
