PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house structure facilitating the pre-design and construction work of a house while easily securing a space where an air system can be systematically disposed. SOLUTION: The house 80 has an air conditioning system disposed in a roof space 83, and a machine room 70 vertically extending to communicate with the roof space 83 and enclosing at least a ventilating system 20 of the air conditioning system.
