PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clean off foreign matters in fluid attached to an outer surface of a spherical valve seat member without removing the spherical valve seat member having a discharge passage and a bypass passage from a valve casing. SOLUTION: The valve casing is composed of a main body 1 and a cover 2, and provided with an inlet 5, a valve chest 4 and an outlet 7. The spherical valve seat member 9 having the discharge passages 8 and 10 and the bypass passage 18 connecting the valve chest 4 to an outlet 7 side is rotatably and operatably mounted on the main body 1. A float 11 as a valve member opening and closing the discharge passages 8 and 10 by seating on and separated from the spherical valve seat member 9, is disposed in the valve chest 4. A valve shaft rotating and operating the spherical valve seat member 9 from the external and rotating the valve chest 4 to a position connected to the outlet 7 side through the discharge passages 8 and 10 or the bypass passage 18 is connected with the spherical valve seat member 9. A blade member 17 is disposed on the main body 1 so that the outer surface of the spherical valve seat member 9 rubs therewith when the spherical valve seat member 9 is rotated by rotating and operating the valve shaft from the external.
