PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hub unit bearing equipped with a rotation speed detector preventing variation or deterioration of detection accuracy of a signal by restraining variation of an air gap. SOLUTION: In the hub unit bearing, the rotation speed detector is provided with: an encoder attached to a yoke of a vehicle center side sealing seal; and a sensor attached to an outer ring, having a plane part flush with a vehicle center side end surface of the outer ring, held by a non-magnetic holding member covering the encoder from the vehicle center side, and faced with the encoder in an axial direction.
