PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer-integrated pipe attaining reduction of material cost and reduction of man-hour by integrally molding a spacer from a pipe and capable of reducing influence to earth environment. SOLUTION: A terminal flange 13 is formed by folding back at an end of the pipe 11 made of copper so as to be projected outward, and the spacer 14 is integrally formed at an axially inner side position relative to the terminal flange 13 and at the outside of the pipe 11. This spacer 14 is formed on a peripheral wall of the pipe 11 by providing a plurality of projection portions 17 projecting the peripheral wall itself to the outside in an overlapped form in an axial direction. and a peripheral groove 16 for storing an O ring 15 is formed between the terminal flange 13 and the spacer 14 on an outer periphery of the pipe 11.
