摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flange structure to which a rotation driving force transmitting member is fixed, having a reduced weight while securing rigidity. SOLUTION: In the flange structure, a flange part 1 provided on a cover 3 (a rotary member) has an annular wall portion 9 located on the inner periphery side of the flange part 1, a plurality of protruded wall portions 11 formed ranging from the outer periphery side of the first wall portion 5, protruded toward the outer diameter side, and spaced from one another in the circumferential direction, and a plurality of hole portions 13 formed over between the annular wall portion 9 and each of the plurality of protruded wall portions 11 along the axial direction. The annular wall portion 9 has a rib 15 formed between the two adjacent circumferential hole portions 13, 13 out of the plurality of circumferential hole portions 13, ranging from the axial center side of the cover 3 to the outer diameter side.
