The device (1) has a rotary drivable arm (8) with a pin (9) having a breaking point and arranged adjacent to a packing good transport chain (7) that is provided on cell walls (5, 6) of conveying cells (3). The pin is synchronizely inserted between the walls during circulation of the arm. The walls of each cell are formed as a cell bracket (13) inclined to each other and are formed at a distance from a filing side piece (14) that is formed on a cell base (4). The arm is arranged on a shaft (12) that is driven by a drive (10) e.g. servo motor (11), that is attached to a base plate (17).
