AUTOMATIC MUSIC COMPOSING SYSTEM

An automatic music composing system comprises bar dividing means for creating divided composition data by material composition data used as materials for composing music into numbered bars and a divided composition database for storing the divided composition data and added composition structure information including the composition genre, the key, the number of bars, the instrument organization, and the musical period constitution defined according to predetermined rules of the composition progress. At the first stage, the material composition data is divided into bars by the bar dividing means and stored in the divided composition database. The automatic music composing system further comprises bar connecting means for randomly extracting divided composition data to which the same composition structure information stored in the divided composition database is added and connecting the divided composition data in order of bar number. At the second stage, the bar connecting means randomly extracts the divided composition data and connects them.
