A vegetation soundproofing wall structure for a road and a housing complex is provided to cut off noise, to have environment-friendly effect, aesthetic effect and noise diffraction effect, and to perform maintenance work with low expenses. A vegetation soundproofing wall structure for a road and a housing complex comprises a diffraction roof(10) installed to the uppermost end of a soundproofing wall and composed of a diffraction main body(10a) formed in the shape of a trapezoidal column, a diffraction unit(10b) formed on ecah corner of the diffraction main body, at least one or more C-shaped fixing angles(10d) fitted to at least one or more fixing grooves(10c) formed on the lower part of the diffraction main body and provided with a leg extended downward, a coupling panel(10e) coupled to one side of the diffraction main body and provided with at least one or more coupling projections(10e-1), and at least one or more coupling grooves(10f) formed on the other side of the diffraction main body and fitted with each coupling projection, plural vegetation frames(20) connected to the diffraction roof and formed in a parallel hexahedral shape by piling up continuously in the vertical direction, a bearing plate(30) installed below the lowermost vegetation frame to keep plural vegetation frames horizontally, a support(40) supporting the vegetation frame at two sides, and a soundproof plate(50) closing up the backside of the vegetation frame and supported by the support.
