<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveniently usable humidifying apparatus with a simple structure, and an air conditioner having the same. <P>SOLUTION: The humidifying apparatus includes a blowing fan having a plurality of impellers rotating along a rotation axis to generate an air flow and a casing to the impellers, and a humidification fluid guiding part formed on one side of the casing and provided so that a humidification fluid can be guided by the rotation of the blowing fan. Each impeller includes a humidification discharge part communicating with the humidification fluid guiding part and formed no that the humidification fluid can be discharged toward an outer circumference rim by rotation.
