<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid food heating apparatus capable of effectively removing evaporation residues left in a steam generator. <P>SOLUTION: In a temperature state (a temperature state suited to cleaning) where water fed into a heat exchange pipe 15a of the steam generator 15 passes through the heat exchange pipe 15 in a gas-liquid mixing state, water is fed into the heat exchange pipe 15a to clean the inside of the heat exchange pipe 15a with water in the gas-liquid mixing state. That is to say, part of the water fed to an inlet of the heat exchange pipe 15a is heated and vaporized into steam in its passing process, the rest of the water (hot water) not sufficiently heated and vaporized is splashed by an energy obtained when being heated and vaporized to collide on the inner wall of the heat exchange pipe 15a, and the evaporation residues in the heat exchange pipe 15 are removed mainly by the collision. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
