<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical IC tag having satisfactory communication characteristics with full water-proofness so as to protect a water solution or the like from adhering or infiltrating into IC chip or an antenna. <P>SOLUTION: The cylindrical IC tag 1 comprises a base part 2 formed in a cylindrical shape, a semiconductor chip 3 mounted on the base part 2, a conductor circuit 4 formed so as to connect to the semiconductor chip 3 on the base part 2, and a protection part 6 formed so as to protect the semiconductor chip 3 and the conductor circuit 4 on the outer periphery of the base part 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
