PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute information control certainly and efficiently in catalog gift exchange substituting business by applying an IC tag to this business and realize the recycling of the IC tag.

SOLUTION: The reply postal card 6 relative to this invention is attached to a delivery to a recipient by a sender and sent back to the sender by the recipient so as to convey some message as information. An information protective sheet 3 comprises a transparent base sheet, a transparent cover sheet and an opaque IC tag 1 accommodated in a bag-like portion formed of both base sheet and cover sheet superposed over each other. Further, this information protective sheet 3 is bonded to the postal card body 4 so as to conceal a secrecy information entry region 5.
