<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burner which reduces NOx, and suppresses oscillating combustion during low combustion and low air ratio operation. <P>SOLUTION: A stable ignition area forming means 22 is provided on a downstream side of a main air blast opening 15. In the stable ignition area forming means 22, a flow of combustion air blasted from each main air blast opening 15 is slowed more than a combustion speed, and a stable ignition area to be a stable ignition source for flame is formed. Since the stable ignition area to be a stable ignition source for flame is formed, the whole flame is stabilized, oscillating of an ignition point in the flame is reduced, and oscillating combustion is suppressed. Accordingly, since low combustion and low air ratio operation are carried out, an exhaust gas amount is reduced, heat efficiency is improved, and energy-saving is promoted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
