<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently sort stained areas of hot-line insulators, specify areas needing preventive water washing in correspondence with severe stains due to typhoon, and carry out water washing in good order. <P>SOLUTION: The system is structured to be provided with a stain volume calculating means calculating a stain volume of pilot insulators through a communication network, a positional information acquiring means acquiring positional information of where the pilot insulators are installed from a positional information data base keeping the information, and a stained area sorting means sorting areas according to degrees of stain volumes with the use of stain states and the positional information of the pilot insulators calculated. It is further provided with a typhoon and salt damage predicting means predicting damage states due to typhoon, a preventive water washing area deciding means specifying areas needing preventive water washing works, and a stained area washing order setting means specifying orders of preventive water washing works. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
