摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picking method and a picking system which can improve cycle time. SOLUTION: This picking method includes: an extracting step for extracting the present workpiece by a robot 100 from one opened storage part among a plurality of storage parts 310; a specifying step for specifying another storage part with the next workpiece stored from the plurality of storage parts; a determination step for determining whether or not the one storage part opened during extraction interferes with the robot when the robot extracts the next workpiece from another storage part; and a control step for controlling that the robot extracts the next workpiece from another storage part while keeping the opened condition of the one opened storage part when determining that the one opened storage part does not interfere with the robot and the robot returns the one storage part to a closed condition before the robot extracts the next workpiece from another storage part when determining that the one opened storage part interferes with the robot.
