<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an electrooptical device, in which the device of higher reliability is obtained when forming an organic semiconductor layer by a droplet discharge method, an electrooptical device, a liquid crystal device, an organic luminescence device and electronic equipment. <P>SOLUTION: A substrate 10A is provided thereon with first partitions 12 in the form of patterns. A metallic material is deposited by evaporation on the substrate 10A and pixel electrodes 13 and signal lines 14 formed atop the partitions 12 also, a gate line 16 is formed in an area surrounded by the first partitions 12. Gate insulation film forming regions 18, and second partitions 17 at least segmenting semiconductor layer forming regions partly overlapping on the gate insulation film forming regions 18 are formed on the substrate 10A. Gate insulation films 26 formed in the gate insulation film forming regions 18. A functional liquid including the forming material of the organic semiconductor layer 18 is discharged to the semiconductor layer forming regions to form the organic semiconductor layer 18 electrically connecting the pixel electrodes 13 and the signal lines 14 across portions of the gate electrodes 16a and the gate insulation films 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
