<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material having an excellent tolerance to various contents. <P>SOLUTION: The packaging material comprises a barrier layer, an adhesion layer and a sealant layer which are laminated in this order. The adhesion layer is composed of an acid modified polyolefin resin containing a (meth)acrylic ester composition. In a manufacturing method of the packaging material, the adhesion layer composed of the acid modified polyolefin resin containing the (meth)acrylic ester composition is formed on the barrier layer.
