PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it takes time to move input pixel data by line horizontally reduced by half and disposed in discrete processor elements (PE) to continuous PEs, and to move them by line disposed in the continuous PEs to the discrete PEs in order to horizontally expand the data twice. SOLUTION: An image processor for converting a plurality of serial image data to be input into by a serial/parallel converter, and for supplying the image data to a plurality of parallel PEs, and for converting parallel output image data computed by a plurality of parallel PEs by a parallel/serial converter, and for serially outputting the image data, is provided with an inter-PE connection part having C1 interval PE connection for transferring data between the PEs separated by C1 intervals among the plurality of PEs, C2 interval PE connection for transferring data between PE having C2 intervals and Cm interval PE connection for transferring data between the PE having Cm intervals in order, wherein as for the C1 to the Cm, Cn+1 is divided by Cn(m>n).
