PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal metal fitting capable of reducing costs by reducing the number of components and simplifying an assembly process, and to provide an electrical junction box having the terminal metal fitting. SOLUTION: The electrical junction box has a box body and the terminal metal fitting 3. The terminal metal fitting 3 comprises an electrical contact section 7 connected to a sheet metal member; an electric wire connection section 10, to which an electric wire 29 connected to a power supply while being connected to the electrical contact section 7 is connected; and a projecting section 11 projecting from the electrical contact section 7. The projecting section 11 has a groove 45 and a projecting piece 44. A booster cable is connected to the projecting section 11, when a battery goes flat. A locking projection section in the conductive clamp of the booster cable is engaged with the groove 45, and the conductive section of the conductive clamp is positioned at an area in between the projecting piece 44.
