PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To irradiate a subject with an appropriate light quantity at an appropriate irradiating angle. SOLUTION: An LED chip 91<SB>1</SB>and an LED chip 91<SB>2</SB>respectively irradiate the subject with irradiating light, and a lens 92 is arranged between the subject and the LED chip 91<SB>1</SB>and the LED chip 91<SB>2</SB>so as to converge or diverge the irradiating light. An LED control part 82 controls the movement of the LED chip 91<SB>1</SB>and the LED chip 91<SB>2</SB>on a plane perpendicular to the optical axis of the lens 92 so that the irradiating angle made by the irradiating light at the irradiating angle ofθ1 and the irradiating light at the irradiating angle ofθ2, which are converged or diverged by the lens 92, may be a predetermined irradiating angle required in accordance with a distance from the subject, whereby the subject is irradiated with the proper light quantity at the proper irradiating angle.
