PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching device in which space saving and positioning work of components can be easily achieved and the attachment of alls sizes of the components can be satisfactorily performed. SOLUTION: The attaching device includes a suction drum 3 which can suck a polarization film 2, a rotationally moving means 5 which rotates the suction drum 3 around an axis of rotation 4, a stopper 6 which aligns the polarization film 2 with the suction drum 3, an advancing and retreating means 7 which advances and retreats the stopper 6 with respect to the suction drum 3, a suction table 9 which can suck a glass substrate 8, a y-axis traveling means, an x-axis moving means, a z-axis moving means, and a pressing roller.
