PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic fluid measuring device capable of improving measurement accuracy. SOLUTION: In the ultrasonic fluid measuring device 10, the first to third ultrasonic measuring parts 16-18 have the first transducers 16A-18A and the second transducers 16B-18B provided respectively in a measuring channel 14, and the first to third ultrasonic propagation routes 36-38 connecting the first transducers 16A-18A to the second transducers 16B-18B cross at each different angle with a passing direction of the fluid 24 flowing along the measuring channel 14.
