PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in an outdoor unit of an air conditioner that the shape of an outside air temperature sensor holder must be designed according to a difference of diameters of pipes of a heat exchanger or a difference of specifications of the heat exchanger. SOLUTION: Since this outdoor unit of the air conditioner has a locking portion 1a applicable to each dimension with respect to the difference of the specifications of the heat exchanger, that is, pipe diameters and the difference of dimensions from the fin edge of the heat exchanger to the pipe, and attached to the heat exchanger, the outside air temperature sensor holder 1 which must be individually designed according to the specifications of the heat exchanger can be used in common.
