PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel consumption saving monitor allowing a saved quantity to be actually felt, and capable of providing a sufficient sense of satisfaction for the saving. SOLUTION: This fuel consumption saving monitor is provided with: a gasoline saving quantity display 34 of processing of steps S41 and S42 by an information management part 23, and a display part 3 for displaying a fuel quantity saved by idling stop; and a saving distance % display 33 of processing of steps S41-S47 by the information management part 23, and the display part 3 for displaying a ratio of a traveling distance portion by the saved fuel quantity to the total travelling distance reset by predetermined timing.
