PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation fire resistant panel for a partition, having a connecting structure superior in fire resistant capacity, and easy in manufacture. SOLUTION: This heat insulation fire resistant panel of a sandwich structure is provided by filling a space between the obverse-reverse skins 1 formed of a metallic plate with a heat insulation part 2 composed of a predetermined heat insulation material, has a fitting recessed part formed of a folding-back part 11 by folding back the obverse-reverse skins to the inside up to the predetermined length on one edge of the panel, forms: an insertion projection part 32 in the fitting recessed part; a fitting projection part 33 corresponding to the fitting recessed part by bending the obverse-reverse skins on the other end; and an insertion receiving part (a U-shaped part 14) corresponding to the insertion projection part on an edge surface of the fitting projection part, and is formed by imparting proper elasticity in the panel thickness direction to the fitting projection part or the insertion projection part.
