PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to produce a garment such as a foundation garment like a brassier manufactured through a simplified production process, reduced in cost and having a desired three-dimensional shape provided with correction function as necessary. SOLUTION: The garment, such as a foundation garment worn so as to cover the area containing bulged parts of the human body, is provided with a panel member integrally composed of a first panel covering the bulged parts of the human body, a second panel covering part of the bulged part of the human body and areas adjacent to the bulged parts, and a third panel covering the area adjacent to the bulged parts of the human body. In the garment, the panel integrally structured as a panel member is provided with a finishing part as a product in part or the whole area, and the necessary area containing the bulged parts corresponding to the bulged parts of the human body is formed into a three-dimensional shape via simultaneously heat-forming press.
