PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device of olefin polymerization reaction, capable of decreasing its residence time distribution in spite of having a simple constitution, a system for producing a polyolefin and a method for producing the polyolefin. SOLUTION: This device of olefin polymerization reaction is equipped with a cylinder 12 extending in perpendicular direction, a multiple number of cylindrical buffles 30 arranged in the cylinder 12, having the smaller inner diameter the more downward and making their upper ends in contact with the inside wall of the cylinder 12, and a multiple number of conical buffles 20 arranged in the cylinder 12, having a closed upper ends, having the larger outside diameter the more downward and having their lower ends separated from the inside wall of the cylinder 12, and arranging the cylindrical buffles 30 and conical buffles 20 alternately in the axial direction of the cylinder 12.
