PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading/unloading device which enables the better loading or unloading of a card mounted on an object to be transported, a display alteration device with the loading/unloading device, and a dosing system with the same. SOLUTION: The display alteration device 1 is constituted by integrating and connecting a card display alteration device 3 and the loading/unloading device 2. The card loading/unloading device 1 has a passive pressure wall 23e on its rear side and is provided with a position adjusting mechanism part 100 further on the rear side. The position adjusting mechanism part 100 is provided with a seat part 101, a moving part 102 and a drive part 103. The position adjusting mechanism part 100 is so arranged as to thrust the card loading/unloading device 1 with an eccentric cam 112. In the position adjusting mechanism part 100, the eccentric cam 112 moves away from the passive pressure wall 23e with the proviso that the reaction force Fr received by the eccentric cam 112 becomes larger than the force Fa by which the moving part 102 is drawn to the passive pressure wall 23e.
