PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mascara applicator, capable of providing neat curl to eyelashes. SOLUTION: The mascara applicator 10 is provided with a mascara chemical applicator part 12, and a presser part 19 comprising a surface part to press the eyelashes. The presser part 19 is heatable. An applicator head H is extended in the longitudinal direction of a support shaft 11, and includes a plate-shaped base 13, having a first surface 14, and a second surface 15 positioned on the opposite side. Preferably, the side of the first surface 14 of the base 13 is the applicator part 12, and the side of the second surface 15 is the presser part 19. Preferably, the first surface 14 in the base 13 is a flat surface, or curved along the longitudinal direction of the base 13 to be convex.
