Method for producing a new biofuel from a waste methanol/ethanol mixture, the waste methanol/ethanol coming from ethanol production plants, the new biofuel production method being based on the joint supply of waste methanol/ethanol, coming from ethanol production plants, and unused vegetable oils (triglyceride), the reaction thereof yielding a biofuel in accordance with a mixture of methyl ester/ethyl ester and glycerol.
