The invention relates to a surgical wire guide (4) including a wire guide tube (5) that comprises a first inner channel having a first outlet (6A) for the passage of a first needle (7) associated with a first wire, the wire guide tube (5) further comprising at least a second inner channel having a second outlet (9A) for the passage of a second needle associated with a second wire, said surgical wire guide (4) further including first and second urging means for respectively displacing the first and second needle (7) and exposing it to the outside through the corresponding outlet (6A, 9A), characterised in that each urging means comprises a rod, each outlet (6A, 9A) being adapted for authorising the passage of the corresponding rod so that the latter can protrude through the corresponding outlet (6A, 9A).
