An organic light emitting display is provided to protect an emission region by improving a tolerance to external impact by differently forming separation regions of an even spacer and an uneven spacer. An organic light emitting display includes emission layers(353,353R,353G,353B), pixel definition layers, uneven spacers(340a), and event spacers(340b). The emission layers have a plurality of rows and columns to be arrayed. The pixel definition layers are formed on outer circumferences of the emission layers. The uneven spacers are projected on the pixel definition layers upward, are formed between uneven emission layers(353a) and even emission layers(353b), have a plurality of separation regions(345), and are arrayed in a row direction. The even spacers are protruded from the pixel definition layers upward, are formed between the even emission layers and the uneven emission layers arrayed in subsequent rows, have a plurality of separation regions, and are arrayed in a row direction. The separation regions of the even spacers and those of the uneven spacers are formed in different columns from each other.
