<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving support device achieving a proper running according to a present situation by predicting future vehicle operation performed by a driver from a vehicle situation stored in association with past vehicle operation of the driver. <P>SOLUTION: When a forward vehicle running in front of one's own vehicle is detected, this driving support device starts a learning system, detects a state of the own vehicle and surroundings of the own vehicle by a forward radar device 3, various kinds of sensors or the like (S5, S6), stores them in association with the vehicle operation of the driver, in a learning information DB 8 accumulatively (S8).
