<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite carrier offset printing structure capable of decreasing a weight of a finished product of a printing plate material since a thin aluminum material can hold a high quality to lower largely an aluminum use amount and decrease a cost, durable properties of a thin film are intensive, a tensile strength of a printing plate base after composition is large and difficult to be broken by printing and a density is small. <P>SOLUTION: In one kind of the composite carrier offset printing PS plate and a method for producing it, a composite carrier structure wherein a photosensitive image forming layer 3 is set on a front surface of an aluminum plate for a PS plate and a polymer material thin film 2 is set on a back surface of a plate base 1. Oil removing washing is carried out to the aluminum plate and the back surface of the plate base is covered with a polymer material thin film 2. It is roughened by electrochemical corrosion, an oxidized layer is formed by anodizing, hole sealing or hydrophilic processing is carried out and a photosensitive liquid is coated on the oxidized layer.
