PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forgery preventing material (thread) incorporated in a printing base material and expressed from the opening parts of the surface and back of the printing base material as different patterns, and the printing base material equipped with it. SOLUTION: The forgery preventing material 1 is constituted by laminating the surface laminated material 11, which is formed of at least a security layer 112 and a first metal thin film layer 113 on a transparent film base material 111; and a rear face laminated material 12, which is formed of at least a security layer 122 and a second metal thin film layer 123 on a transparent film base material 121, so as to bond the expressing surfaces of the first and second metal thin film layers 113 and 123 through an adhesive layer 6.
