<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain stability of holding state of each optical connector plug which is connected side by side via an optical connector clip. <P>SOLUTION: The optical connector interconnecting structure includes boots 6 having an annular-grooved or a ring-shaped projected counter fitting part 6a formed on the outer periphery and a clip 3 having a plurality of boot inserting parts 7 provided in parallel which are composed of a ring-shaped projected or an annular-grooved fitting part 7a in the inner periphery so as to be engaged with the counter fitting part 6a.
