PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sock and a supporter enabling stable walking and quick movement in motion by ameliorating balance of whole sole, and preventing lumbago, stiff shoulders, gonalgia, hallux valgus by improving posture. SOLUTION: The sock, etc., is provided with elastic drawing part 5, 6, 10, 11 on sole side, each extended from a thumb inserting part 2 and a little finger inserting part 4 to a heel side 8, for drawing the thumb and the little finger to heel in wearing the sock with a state in which sole is concavely curved. The drawing part 5, 6, 10, 11 are formed by weaving elastic thread into fabric or knitting, and each of the thumb inserting part 2 and the little finger inserting part 4 is set to form a V shape by binding with adjacent of the heel part 8. The sock is optionally provided with total three or five finger inserting parts including the thumb inserting part 2 and the little finger inserting part 4, and optionally provided with a clamp part 7 clamping a metatarsal bone base so that the sole curves concavely to contact with the metatarsal bone base in wearing.
