PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pest control agent composition having an excellent pest control activity without problems in safety and to provide a method for controlling pests. SOLUTION: The pest control agent composition comprises a cyclic amine compound represented by formula (1) (wherein, X represents an oxygen atom or the like; R<SP>1</SP><SB>a</SB>and R<SP>2</SP><SB>a</SB>, R<SP>1</SP><SB>a</SB>and R<SP>4</SP><SB>a</SB>, R<SP>2</SP><SB>a</SB>and R<SP>3</SP><SB>a</SB>or R<SP>3</SP><SB>a</SB>and R<SP>4</SP><SB>a</SB>together form a saturated ring; and R<SP>1</SP><SB>a</SB>, R<SP>1</SP><SB>b</SB>, R<SP>2</SP><SB>a</SB>, R<SP>2</SP><SB>b</SB>, R<SP>3</SP><SB>a</SB>, R<SP>3</SP><SB>b</SB>, R<SP>4</SP><SB>a</SB>, R<SP>4</SP><SB>b</SB>and R<SP>5</SP>each represent a hydrogen atom or the like without forming a saturated ring; and Cy<SP>1</SP>and Cy<SP>2</SP>each represent an aromatic group which may have a substituent) and an organophosphorus-based insecticide.
