PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aircraft capable of storing rotors with shrouds into a bottom plate, folding that to minimize the footprint on the space thereof when aircraft lands on the ground and stops the rotors with the shrouds, and flying in a state which can output a lift or a propulsion force when developed. SOLUTION: Since the rotors with the shrouds can be stored in the bottom plate, the footprint on the space of a body of the aircraft when standing-by on the ground is reduced. When the rotor is extracted from the bottom plate and extended, the rotating faces of the rotors with the shrouds are easily vertically positioned relative to the body of the aircraft to generate the lift and the propulsion force.
