PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pad for a crawler capable of preventing separation of rubber from a cored bar, easily processing an intended shape of the cored bar so as to correspond to a shoe plate, reducing the weight of the cored bar, and obtaining good shock-absorbing performance by securing the thickness of a rubber pad main body. SOLUTION: The pad for the crawler is provided with the cored bar 2 mounted on the tread side of the shoe plate 22 and the rubber pad main body 3 vulcanized and bonded to the road surface side of the cored bar 2. On the shoe plate side, recessed parts 4 for avoiding interference with bolts 26 to fasten the shoe plate 22 to a machine body side fixation part are formed. The recessed part 4 is formed by a through hole 8 formed on the cored bar 2 and a bottom part 13 formed on the cored bar 2 side of the pad main body 3 to correspond to the through hole 8, and a rib 12 projecting to the pad main body side is formed around the through hole 8 of the cored bar 2.
