PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative laminated sheet which is hard to be whitened on embossing and heat laminating, superior in moldability, low temperature impact resistance, surface smoothness, colorless and transparency to be practically enough in other various physical properties. SOLUTION: The laminated decorating sheet comprises sequentially laminating (A) a completely amorphous polyester-based resin layer and (B) a substrate layer composed of a polyolefinic resin in the order.
