PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic reversing machine for Okonomiyaki to be incorporated in an Okonomiyaki automatically baking apparatus which bakes Okonomiyaki on a rotary griddle. SOLUTION: The automatic reversing machine 1 for Okonomiyaki is provided with: a pair of griddles 10 connected by hinges 12; a griddle position correction mechanism 20 where the outer end parts of the core rods of the hinges are worked to be conical recess parts and the conical tips of a piston 21 contacts slidably with the recess parts of the core bars to correct the positions of the iron plates 10; and a griddle revering mechanism 30 which grasps the side edge part 31 of a griddle with pawls 32 and reversing it onto the iron plate on the other side.
