<p>A cost effective microscope not requiring complicated cleaning work and not requiring maintenance of parts incorporated in the microscope for a long period. The microscope is adapted such that dust entering from an opening (1d) of the microscope or minute particles such as abrasion particles produced inside the microscope are allowed to drop on the surface of a capturing member such as an adhesion sheet (100, 101) or magnet sheet (102) placed in a route of diffusion of minute particles. They are captured so as to stay in place, prevented from diffusing in the microscope. As a result, abrasion particles etc. are prevented from adhering to the parts incorporated in the microscope.</p> |
