<p>A padlock (10) comprising a lock body (12), a plurality of shackles (23,2 5) extending from the lock body and a locking mechanism (14). Each shackle ( 23,25) is moveable between a closed position and an open position. The locki ng mechanism (14) is engageable with each of the shackles (23,25) such that operation of the locking mechanism (14) with an access control means is requ ired to move any shackle (23,25) in the closed position to the open position . Severing one of the shackles (23,25) in the closed position results in one of the other shackles (23,25) being in the open position and free to move t o the closed position.</p> |
