NOISE REDUCING DEVICE, NOISE REDUCING METHOD, NOISE REDUCING PROGRAM, AND NOISE REDUCING AUDIO OUTPUTTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise reducing device that can perform noise reduction corresponding properly to a noise environment while adopting a simple and inexpensive configuration.

SOLUTION: The noise reducing device reduces noise by using a processing system in which an analog audio signal of noise collected by a microphone is converted to a digital audio signal; a noise reducing audio signal for reducing noise from the digital audio signal is generated, and the noise reducing audio signal is reproduced acoustically and synthesized with noise acoustically. The noise reducing device is equipped with: a digital processing means for generating the noise reducing audio signal by receiving a parameter used for generating the noise reducing audio signal, while receiving the digital audio signal of the sound collected by the microphone; a retaining means for retaining a plurality of parameters according to a plurality of kinds of noise characteristics; and a selection setting means for selecting one of the plurality of parameters which are retained by the retaining means and supplying it to the digital processing means.
