METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ELECTRODE MATERIAL, ELECTRODE MATERIAL, AND NONAQUEOUS LITHIUM SECONDARY BATTERY USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of an electrode material without the need of a pulverizing process of pulverizing large particles into small particles.

SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of an amorphous vanadium oxide or the like usable as the positive electrode material of a nonaqueous lithium secondary battery, a spray drying method is applied so as not to include a pulverizing process of mechanically pulverizing large particles into small particles. By adopting such a method, both of the pulverizing process and a sieving process needed after the pulverizing process are eliminated, manufacture processes are simplified and manufacture costs are reduced.
