PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing box of a power supply cord capable of housing a long electric cord connected to an electrical equipment neatly, and of fixing it at a fixed position via a power supply plug. SOLUTION: The housing box 1 of the power supply cord has an opening 5 which the power supply cord can be put into and taken out of, and an opening/closing cap 8 to close the opening 5 in a state of housing the power supply cord. Furthermore, two rows of plug blade slits 6 to insert the plug blades of the power supply plug connected to the power supply cord to be housed while penetrating this housing box 1, and by inserting the plug blade of the power supply plug into these plug blade slits 6, the housing box 1 can be attached detachably to a power supply outlet by the power supply plug fixed to the power supply outlet.
